E-COMMERCE

End-to-end e-commerce operation.

From storefront to after-sales: platform, checkout, payments, tax, stock, logistics and the systems that connect it all. On WooCommerce or Shopify.

What we do

E-commerce is a sales operation, not an online store. The catalog feeds the storefront, the storefront generates the order, the order deducts stock, issues the invoice, triggers the label and returns tracking to the customer. It is a chain, and a chain performs according to its weakest link, not its storefront.

That is why the work starts with the whole operation, not with the layout. When stock, order, tax and logistics talk to each other, the team stops operating spreadsheets and starts operating the business: volume grows without effort growing in the same proportion, and each new channel comes in without multiplying manual work.

At Brickweb, this applies both to those structuring a first operation and to those already selling who need to unblock what is stuck. The starting point is the diagnosis: understanding how orders are processed today, where there is rework and what needs to be connected, before deciding on platform, integration or any line of code.

// A complete store, from catalog to after-sales, ready to scale.

  • 01

    Platform and storefront

A store on WooCommerce or Shopify, with a custom theme and no generic template. The platform is defined from the operation, not from agency preference.

  • 02

    Catalog and product data

Structuring of SKUs, variations, attributes and categories, with bulk import and data standardization. A well-structured catalog is what allows growth without rebuilding the store.

  • 03

    Checkout and payments

Checkout with fewer steps and less friction, with Pix, card, boleto and integration with gateways like Mercado Pago, Pagar.me and PagBank. Includes installments, anti-fraud and abandoned cart recovery.

  • 04

    Tax and invoicing

Configuration of the operation's tax rules and automatic NF-e issuance via ERP, with data arriving correct from the order. No manual typing and no invoice issued outside the flow.

  • 05

    Stock, orders and ERP

Integration with Bling, Tiny and other systems, syncing stock, orders and finance both ways. A sale on any channel deducts stock on all.

  • 06

    Logistics and shipping

Shipping calculation on the storefront, integration with carriers and Melhor Envio, label generation and tracking returned to the customer automatically.

  • 07

    Marketplaces and multiple channels

Publishing and catalog sync on Mercado Livre and other channels, with shared stock and orders centralized in one place.

  • 08

    Operation automations

Routines that replace spreadsheets and copy-paste: price updates, stock deduction, transactional email sending, recurring reports and custom integrations between systems that do not talk natively.

  • 09

    E-commerce consulting

Diagnosis of the complete operation: online store, marketplaces, ERP, tax and logistics, seeking to identify where there is manual rework, mismatched data or hidden cost. The delivery is an action plan with priorities, whether to structure a new operation or fix one already running.

// Why Brickweb?

E-commerce operations built to convert, integrate and scale.

  • The whole operation, not just the storefront

Store, ERP, tax, logistics and sales channels treated as a single system, by the same team.

  • Platform chosen by the project

The choice between WooCommerce and Shopify comes from the diagnosis, from the nature of the business, the operation rules, catalog complexity and the tax model.

  • Real integration

Stock, orders and invoices synced with your ERP, without manual spreadsheets.

  • Built to scale

The architecture handles catalog and order growth without having to redo everything.

// WooCommerce or Shopify

Within the operation, the platform defines cost, control and speed of deployment.

WooCommerce makes more sense when the catalog is large or has complex variations, when the tax operation is heavy, when the margin per order is tight (there is no platform commission on the sale) and when the checkout or the flow need deep customization. In return, it requires adequate hosting, updates and continuous maintenance.

Shopify makes more sense when the priority is to launch fast, when there is no team to handle a server, when the store sells abroad or in multiple currencies, and when the app ecosystem already solves what is needed. In return, it involves a monthly fee and, in Brazil, a platform fee on each transaction on top of the gateway fee.

How we decide: the math is done in the diagnosis, with your numbers, order volume, average ticket, catalog size and tax complexity.

// FAQ

Frequently asked questions

WooCommerce or a closed platform like Shopify?

WooCommerce is open, does not charge commission on each sale and gives full control over the store and the data. A closed platform is simpler at first, but charges a monthly fee and a percentage, and limits customization. For those who want margin and freedom, WooCommerce wins.

Does the store integrate with my ERP?

Yes. We integrate the store with Bling and Tiny, syncing stock, orders, invoice issuance and finance automatically. There is a page dedicated only to this integration.

Does the store accept Pix and card?

It does. We configure Pix, card, boleto and the main gateways, with a transparent checkout so the customer completes the purchase inside the store.

Is the store ready to scale?

Yes. The architecture is designed to scale catalog and order volume without rebuilding the store, with performance kept through optimization and adequate infrastructure.

How long to get the store online?

It depends on the catalog size and the integrations. A lean store launches in a few weeks, an operation with ERP and marketplace takes longer. The real timeline is set in discovery.

Got a project in mind?

From storefront to checkout, from stock to invoice, from label to tracking, we handle the entire operation.
