At Brickweb, the work starts from the real need of the project and goes all the way to the environment configured, monitored and documented.
This applies to any stack. A site, a store, a Node or PHP application, a database, an internal service, a routine that needs to run on its own. If it needs a server or a cloud service to work, it is in scope here.
A poorly sized server charges dearly later: a slow application, downtime at peak hours and no support that resolves. Every minute offline costs sales and trust.

Frequently asked questions
Do you only handle website infrastructure?
No. The scope covers any environment that needs a server or a cloud service: sites and stores, Node.js or PHP applications, databases, internal systems, automated routines and third-party software that needs to be installed and maintained.
Do I need to already have a server contracted?
No. We can recommend and contract the most suitable provider for the case, or work on the infrastructure you already have, including on an account in your name.
Which provider do you work with?
With the one that makes sense for the project. The choice considers cost, server location, required resources and integration with what already exists. There is no reseller nor obligation to migrate to an account of ours.
Do you migrate what is already running?
Yes. The migration is planned so the service does not go offline: the new environment is built and validated in parallel, and only then is the domain or traffic pointed to it.
Do you also handle backups?
Yes. The automatic backup routine is part of the delivery, with a restore test, so recovery works when it is needed.
What happens if the server goes down?
With active monitoring, the problem is usually identified before or right after it happens, and action begins right away. Backup and redundancy reduce the time offline.
Do you configure email and DNS?
Yes. This includes the DNS zone, domains and corporate email with Google Workspace or Zoho, plus transactional sending, with the authentication records configured so the message reaches the recipient.
Shared hosting, VPS or dedicated server: which is better?
Shared is cheap, but it splits resources among many sites and tends to stall at peaks. VPS and cloud deliver reserved resources, more stable and scalable. A dedicated server makes sense for high volume or for an operation that cannot go down. The recommendation comes from the diagnosis, based on your volume and your budget.
Does the infrastructure include maintenance?
It can. Beyond maintaining the environment, we offer application maintenance: updates, fixes and support, in a continuous plan according to the project need.
