Sincodiv-DF represents more than 140 vehicle dealerships and distributors in the Federal District, across dozens of brands. Jobs in the automotive sector were scattered, with no single channel connecting candidates and dealerships.
The challenge
The project had to solve four needs:
- Centralize the jobs of dozens of dealerships in a single channel.
- Give each dealership autonomy to publish and manage its own jobs.
- Offer candidates a job board filterable by role, area and level.
- Give the union administrative control over dealerships and postings.
The solution
Brickweb built the job platform and the member area in Laravel, integrated with the institutional presence:
- 01Public job board, filterable by role, area and experience level.
- 02Member area: each dealership has its own profile to publish and manage jobs and receive résumés.
- 03Union admin panel to manage dealerships and approve and moderate jobs.
- 04Integration with the institutional site (news, member dealerships and collective agreements).
